Terms and Conditions

Take a moment to read through these terms and conditions before you start using our service.

Interpretation and Definitions

Capitalized words throughout this document have specific meanings that we've spelled out below. These apply whether we use them in singular or plural form. Here's what we mean when we use these terms: • Affiliate means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party. • Country refers to: Washington, United States • Company (referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") refers to Grandgarden. • Device means any device that can access the service, such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet. • Service refers to the website. • Terms and Conditions (also called "Terms") form the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding service use. • Third-party Social Media Service means services or content provided by third parties that may be displayed or made available through the service. • Website refers to our site. • You means the individual accessing the service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf that individual accesses it.

Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions are the agreement between you and Grandgarden governing how you use this service. They spell out what you can and can't do, and what we're responsible for. Using the service is conditional on you accepting and following these terms. They apply to everyone who visits or uses it. When you access or use the service, you're agreeing to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree with them, you shouldn't use the service. You're confirming that you're at least 18 years old. We don't allow anyone under 18 to use this.

Links to Other Websites

You'll find links to third-party websites or services on our site that we don't own or run. We can't control what's on those sites or how they handle your data, so we're not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. You're agreeing that Grandgarden isn't liable for any damage or loss that comes from using those links or relying on content, products, or services you find through them.

Termination

We can shut down your access right away, without warning or explanation, for just about any reason—especially if you break these Terms and Conditions. Once that happens, your right to use the service is gone.

Limitation of Liability

No matter what damages happen, Grandgarden and its suppliers' total liability is capped at what you've actually paid us through the service. If you haven't bought anything, it's capped at roughly 100 dollars. Within the legal limits, Grandgarden and its suppliers won't be liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. That includes lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy from using or not being able to use the service, issues with third-party software or hardware, or anything connected to these Terms. This applies even if we knew such damages were possible and even if the remedy doesn't work the way it should.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The service is given to you exactly as it is, with all its faults, with no guarantees. To the fullest extent the law allows, Grandgarden and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers disclaim every warranty you can think of—expressed, implied, written in law, or otherwise. That goes for the whole service, including assumed warranties about whether it's fit to sell or fit for what you need it to do. More specifically, Grandgarden makes no promises about how the service works, whether it's available, or anything about the information and materials on it. We're not guaranteeing the service will run without interruption or errors, that information is accurate or up to date, or that the servers and content are free of viruses, trojans, worms, malware, or other nasty stuff.

Governing Law & Disputes Resolution

These Terms and how you use the service are governed by the laws of the country, not including its conflict-of-law rules. Local, state, national, or international laws might also apply to what you do here. If you have a problem or dispute with the service, you agree to try working it out informally with Grandgarden first.

Compliance & Regulations

For European Union (EU) Users: If you're a consumer in the European Union, you're protected by the mandatory rules of your home country's laws. United States Legal Compliance: You're confirming that you're not located in a country under United States government embargo or labeled as supporting terrorism, and that you're not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that part gets reinterpreted to work as much as possible under applicable law. Everything else stays in effect. If we don't enforce a right or obligation under these Terms at some point, that doesn't mean we've lost the right to enforce it later. And waiving one breach doesn't mean we're waiving future ones.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

These Terms might have been translated if we offered them in another language on the service. The original English version is what counts if there's a disagreement. We can modify or replace these Terms whenever we want. If the change is significant, we'll try to give you at least a month's notice before the new version kicks in. If you keep using the service after changes take effect, you're accepting the new terms. These terms became effective on the date shown at the bottom of this page.
